Villafana Engineering was established in 1988 by Mr. Don Villafana, P.E., PLS, to provide civil engineering, structural engineering, and soils engineering services. In 2015, we expanded our offerings to include architectural design, land surveying, and deputy inspection services. Our primary office is located at 5378 Bell St, Somis, California.

Mr. Don Villafana is a Registered Civil Engineer and a Licensed Land Surveyor in the State of California. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Southern California and a master's degree in business administration from Pepperdine University. With over 40 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, he brings unparalleled expertise to every project.
